At VOLT, we believe the future of the live events industry depends on access, opportunity, and the next generation of skilled professionals. That’s why our partnership with The Events Vocational Education Network (EVEN) is such an important part of who we are.
EVEN’s mission is to create a more diverse and inclusive live events industry through community engagement, education, mentorship, networking, and paid apprenticeship opportunities. Built on the idea that backstage careers have historically been difficult to access without connections, EVEN is actively changing that by developing a clear, supportive pathway into the industry. At VOLT, we are proud to be part of that pipeline.
Many of our team members began their journey through EVEN’s programs, gaining foundational experience before stepping into the professional world. This partnership allows us to connect directly with emerging talent who are not only technically trained, but also mentored, prepared, and passionate about the industry.
